Red Cedar
Esthetics and low maintenance go hand in hand with the highest quality Canadian Western Red Cedar that is used for the cabinetry of our Spas. The wood material is known for many outstanding physical properties, but first of all – its exceptional natural beauty. Red Cedar has a uniform, fine-grained texture with a satin-like shine. As opposed to synthetic material Spa cabinets, wood imitation or different wood, 4SeasonsSpa gives you a natural wood finishing that conveys a more personal aesthetical message.
Strong and long-lasting
Western Red Cedar once constituted an essential part of the practical life of the Northwest Coast Indians. The tree was often used for constructing roofs, walls of lodges, and canoes some of which served well over 100 years. Red Cedar contains natural oils that act as preservatives helping the wood resist insect attack and decay. Cedar is also superior in terms of low density and open cell structure providing additional heat and sound insulation for the Spa.
All-weather material
Red Cedar has one of the longest life spans of any softwood due to its slow growing and naturally durability. It is free from pitches and its heartwood has natural decay resistance. In addition, Red Cedar products deform minimally with changes in moisture or temperature keeping its shape stable during its life.
Elegant Spa finishing
Every 4SeasonsSpa model comes with a fine 18 mm Red Cedar cabinet. The cedar receives a special oil treatment to ensure lifelong natural look and extra protection. The cabinetry is available in two colours – the natural Red Cedar look and a Grey Wash tone. Matching Red Cedar steps are available in the same colour as the cabinet.
Stainless Steel
All 4SeasonSpas have stainless steel jets that form an integral part of the Hydro Massage System.
The shining stainless steels sparkles under water, either from the sun or from the LED’s at night
Pine
The spa frame gives each 4SeasonsSpas its remarkable strength and stability.
The frames are build from solid pine which is high pressure impregnated.
The complete shell of the Spa rests on the outer beams of the frame with individual supports underneath each seat to ensure optimal stability
